Dear Parents / Carers

We hope that this sixth week away from school has been filled with more home learning, model making, baking, painting, story writing and reading. We have enjoyed seeing your posts on Twitter and look forward to when we will see you all again. As we move through May it is clear that the weather is not the only thing which seems to be ever changing.    

After the Prime Minister’s statement concerning the partial re-opening of schools from June 1^st we would like to inform all parents that at Rook’s Nest we are giving full consideration to the government guidance. It is important to stress the safety of pupils and staff is of paramount importance and is fundamental to the planning and risk assessment processes that are now taking place.

As soon as arrangements are confirmed we will be able to provide you with further specific details of our planned approach. In the following week we will be in touch with the parents/carers of children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6.
